Affiliate terms.

These terms govern the Foxnett Affiliate Programme run by Foxnett Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. They sit on top of the Terms of Service. If we accept you, you are an independent promoter, not an employee, partner, or agent with power to bind Foxnett.

1. Joining

You must apply and be approved. We may refuse or later remove any affiliate for any reason, including brand risk. You must give true details and a payment method we can use in Nepal or another place we agree. Self-referrals, staff, and accounts we link to you as the customer are not eligible.

2. Commission

Unless the affiliate dashboard shows a different rate we have confirmed in writing, you earn 10% of the Foxnett hosting fee (exclusive of VAT) on the first paid term only of these products, when the sale is correctly cookied or coded to you:

• Web / shared hosting, managed WordPress hosting, reseller hosting.
• Python, Node.js, and Django hosting.
• Cloud hosting on Foxnett Cloud Panel.

No commission on: VPS, Minecraft, domains, SMS, Google Workspace, Zoho, Adobe, Zoom, NordVPN, SSL, extra licences, setup, migrations, upgrades that are not the first term, or any renewal. No commission on VAT. No commission on a sale that is unpaid, refunded, charged back, cancelled, or marked fraud.

We may change rates, eligible products, and cookie length at any time. The dashboard at the time of the qualifying click or the written deal, whichever we specify, controls. If neither is clear, these terms control and the commission may be zero.

3. Hold, payout, and clawback

• Commissions sit in a hold for 90 days after the customer’s payment. We may hold longer if a card, wallet, or fraud check is open.
• Payouts need a minimum balance shown in the dashboard. We pay by a method we choose. Fees charged by your bank or wallet are yours.
• If the customer is refunded, chargebacks, or never pays, we reverse the commission. If we already paid you, we deduct the amount from later commissions or invoice you. You must repay within 15 days of our notice.
• We may freeze payout while we investigate. Frozen funds are not a debt we owe until we clear them.

4. How you may promote

You may use your link on your site, honest reviews, and permitted ads. You must not:

• Bid on “Foxnett”, misspellings, or our product names in Google, Bing, or similar, unless we give written permission.
• Use fake coupons, expired deals, or clickjacking. Do not promise a price or refund we have not published.
• Spam. Do not buy traffic that is incentivised clicks, malware, or toolbar injections.
• Say you are Foxnett, or use our logos in a way that looks like an official office, except a small “we recommend” mark.
• Collect the customer’s card details yourself.

We own the Foxnett name and Foxnett Cloud Panel marks. Your limited licence to mention them ends when the programme ends.

5. Customers are ours

People who buy through your link are Foxnett customers. We set prices, refunds, and support. We may contact them without you. We do not owe you their personal data beyond the commission report in the dashboard.

6. Ending the programme

You or Foxnett may end the affiliate relationship at any time. If we end it for a breach of these terms, the Terms of Service, or fraud, all unpaid commission is forfeited, including sums that had cleared the hold. If we end it without claiming a breach, we may pay cleared, unclashed commission in the ordinary cycle, and nothing more. Cookie windows die when the programme dies unless we say otherwise.

We may shut or pause the whole programme. That is not a breach by Foxnett.

7. Tax and liability

You are responsible for your own tax. Commission is paid exclusive of any tax we are not required to add. Our liability to you is limited to unpaid commission we have cleared and not clawed back, and is otherwise limited as in the Terms of Service. We are not liable for lost ads, lost rank, or a change of cookie or rate.

8. Law

Nepal law. Courts of Lalitpur, Nepal. We may update these terms by posting them here. Continued promotion after a change is acceptance.
