• Using misleading headers, forged addresses, or deceptive practices in email.

D. Harmful or Abusive Content

• Hosting or promoting content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Hosting content related to child exploitation, terrorism, or violent extremism.
• Hosting adult or pornographic material, unless expressly permitted by Foxnett.

E. Resource Abuse

• Using excessive CPU, bandwidth, or storage that impacts other customers.
• Running resource-heavy scripts, bots, or mining cryptocurrency without prior approval.
• Operating proxy servers, open relays, or anonymizing services without authorization.

3. Domain & Email Use

• Domains registered through Foxnett must comply with ICANN policies.
• Email services (Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, etc.) must not be used for spam or unlawful activities.

4. Customer Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized users.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data unless you have subscribed to a managed backup service.

5. Enforcement

• Violations of this AUP may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
• Foxnett reserves the right to investigate complaints and take appropriate action.
• We may remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP, without notice.
